    I am playing the soul silver game. I used the Blue orb code, but it did not work to reveal kyogre. Could it be that even with a code for the Blue Orb it is impossible to catch a Kyogre, even in Soul Silver.

    With the nigma Stone go to the Pewter City Museum and talk to Steven who is inside.
    Your enigma stone should turn into the Soul Dew.
    When Steven exits the museum, follow him outside. Talk tohim again. he will tell you about Latios or Latias, the one that did not roam around Kanto earlier. Walk to the western part of the street and you will see Latios or Latias. Now is your chance to Catch it . Good Luck.

    The Green orb may not work until you get it in the game.Show Professor Oak both Groudon and Kyogre, both of which must be caught in the Embedded Tower.
