Press (L+R) and 493 master balls will appear in your ITEM bag So when re-useing so you will have 493 master balls which stands for 493 pokemon, say you want Jirachi (# 385) you would toss 108 masterballs, and be left with 385, Then you enter a Grass area, while holding L walk around until you are in a battle and remember to keep holding L, and than once the Pokemon appears than you can use the masterballs from the item bag to catch them, and it wont get rid of one even though you used one.

I Have tested this and It works,
Press (L+R) and 493 master balls will appear in your ITEM bag So when re-useing so you will have 493 master balls which stands for 493 pokemon, say you want Jirachi (# 385) you would toss 108 masterballs, and be left with 385, Then you enter a Grass area, while holding L walk around until you are in a battle and remember to keep holding L, and than once the Pokemon appears than you can use the masterballs from the item bag to catch them, and it wont get rid of one even though you used one.
